   Gwen is a former interior design showroom manager for Robert Allen Fabrics and Furniture in the San Francisco Design Center.  As a degreed Interior Designer/Architect, she has the ability to listen well and understand what her clients are looking for in a home. She also has the ability to help her buyer clients visualize the potential that an older home may hold as well as the ability to help her seller clients stage their homes to appeal to more buyers.

  Gwen is a 4th generation Texan and is familiar with all areas of Austin as well as Williamson County to the north and Hays County to the south of Austin. In her spare time she enjoys exercising at Lady Bird Lake as well as hiking in the beautiful hill country outside of Austin.

  Gwen was chosen as a recipient of the 2016 & 2017 Best of Texas in Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals. Gwen is also a Certified Condominium Specialist.

  Near and dear to her heart is Austin’s Community First Village in east Austin. “This community should be the blueprint for housing the homeless in every city.”

As your partner in real estate, I am proud to introduce my new “Flexible Commission Program.” This program will ensure maximum exposure in the marketplace AND offer you a flexible real estate commission structure. My goal is to keep more money in your pocket…without compromising the quality of service you receive.



The flexible commission plan will range from 3.0% to 6.0%, depending on who finds the buyer for your home — a buyer’s agent, listing agent or YOU!

A real estate agent from another Brokerage represents the Buyer. I market your home, negotiate on your behalf and handle all of the details of the sale for 3.0%. The buyer’s agent / broker receives 3.0%.

I find the Buyer for your home and no other Realtor or Broker is involved. My commission is just 4.5%.

You, the seller, find the buyer through a personal source (friend, co-worker, etc.) and another real estate Broker is not involved. I write the contract and coordinate the entire transaction from home inspections to buyer financing, and all the closing details. My commission is reduced from 6.0% to 3.0%.
